1. Admin basis

1. Admin is provided on an AS IS basis.
2. There is no guarantee you will receive exactly what is intended or advertised.
3. You are not subject to refund at any time. We (BTC) will grant no refunds.
4. You may lose privileges, access, or your ability to use admin without discretion.
5. You may lose privileges due to (but not limited to) the following:
   
   
   1. Discriminating BTC or a member of BTC
   2. Breaking server rules, website rules, admin rules, or our TOS
   3. We fail to receive a payment
   4. Your admin subscription is canceled
   5. Our server(s) go into an unacceptable state

2. Illegal admin procedures

1. Admin abuse is anything that breaks these rules, the rules/guide, or server rules but is determined by the discretion of BTC Management.
2. Admins may not use their powers for an advantage of game play over others. This includes (but not limited to) the following:
   
   
   1. No clipping into, across, through, over, any area to access another area.
   2. Teleporting via admin menu or console
   3. Excessive slapping to obtain a destination or to dodge another player
   4. Changing color to a opacity value below 100 making yourself or anyone else hard to see or impossible to see.
